Wellbrooke of Wabash

Poor communication with community. Poor Infection Control protocol. Covid passed from room to room throughout rehab unit. Empty hand sanitizer. stations. Rehab therapy stations not disinfected between patients. Nobody answers a phone or returns calls timely. There are a handful of nice folks trying, thankful for them. Do not recommend.

We are beyond grateful for the care and compassion shown by the Wellbrooke community for our father. We were so happy to have this option for his rehab and daily living…we formed relationships as well and still visit our new friends.

As a pastor in the area, I have visited this facility on occasions and Wellbrooke of Wabash is an exceptional assisted living community that truly prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, where staff members go above and beyond to create a sense of home. The facility is beautifully maintained, featuring spacious and comfortable living areas that encourage social interaction and engagement among residents. This place is amazing. I came here for three weeks of hip replacement rehab and knew the minute I walked through the door I was n the right place. The rehab staff is awesome -- very knowledgable, very professional and love to have fun while doing it. The food is great because the cooks are great. The care staff is very caring and always on top of things. Lots of empathy going on around here. Everybody chips in. At meal times, it's all hands on deck - administrators, nurses, maintenance people and the cooks themselves are serving food to the residents. It's a team effort from the word go. I've been coming back as an unofficial volunteer; now I'm back for in-patient rehab. It's the best place to be in Wabash - hands down.

Wellbrooke Senior Living truly exceeded all our expectations. My grandma's experience there was nothing short of exceptional.
