Autumn Ridge is great to work with. The staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our referrals. Any patient that has been referred to Autumn Ridge has been very pleased with their stay.

So grateful for all the support this facility gives the community. They truly care and support our loved ones even when they don’t reside there. Love the dependable routine of the fun events at the ymca also!

I recently took my daughter to Autumn Ridge’s Pictures with Santa event. It was a fun morning. The staff was engaging & seemed genuinely happy to serve our community. They definitely made a great impression on me!

+staying in a rehab, recovering from a broke bone can be stressful. But the staff at Autum Ridge where great. ,thoughtful and pleasant. The physical therapy team worked with me and got me going. I particularly liked the biscuits an gravy every Friday. I'm thrilled to be going home, but I really appreciate the staff here for helping me get there.

Awesome place to go for rehab. The nurses Jeff and Stephanie are great and the best nurse aids are Mario and Dustin. They help a lot and do more at times
