Well Partners Lexington Dental

My first time coming was a year ago and I THOUGHT this was a GOOD place. I had an appointment Today and unfortunately because of Transportation and THE Well Partners at Richland county health department doesn't listen to their answering machine problems. I called to tell them I was going to be late but if course NO CALL BACK!!!!!! NEVER BE LATE TO ONE OF THEIR EYE APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY PUNISH YOU FOR NOT BEING THERE ON TIME. I waited 3 hours almost and STILL WAS NOT SEEN. WITH 2 MORE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. THEY ARE WRONG AND I don't know if I will ever go back because of the SOUR TREATMENT OF BEING DISREGARDED!!!!!!?!!

Awesome visit!!! Staff was great, especially Ms Melanie. The was my grandchild's first visit that involved filling cavities and she was very nervous. I expected her to come back to me shook, or unable to do the fillings. This is a child who had a Covid test 2 weeks ago, in the car with mom, sister, and grandma...screamed and cried and was so scared. She came back smiling, and hugging the Volunteer Dentist that saw her(he was awesome as well, I just didn't get his name). I was very, VERY impressed with this office! Thanks guys, keep up the great work, you a life saver.

I do not like that they will cancel your appointment without notice. If I make an appointment I made it on that date and time for a reason. To me their policy is the stupidest thing that I ever heard if you don't confirm the appointment they have the right to reschedule your appointment. Then they are calling from out of state numbers and when you call them back they never answer.

I don't have no income so they wont see me wow this is sad

They took care of my husband such wonderful staff and great nurses there, I would recommend them to people in need who need dental work done and help , thank you all so much today means alot
