Well Balanced

After catching covid and being hospitalized I unfortunately missed my appointment. I didn’t come in because A. I was in the hospital and B. I didn’t wanna get anyone sick in the building. After being discharged I called well balanced to explain my situation and try to reschedule my appointment to be told I had been dropped for missing my appointment. I have since found an incredible new place who takes the time and patience to understand that real life things happen. It’s also great to be somewhere that I’m made feel like a person and not A DOLLAR SIGN.. I loved this place and the staff, but unfortunately as time has moved forward their professionalism and bedside manner has left with it.. Sadly I do not recommend this Place or its staff. I’ve had chronic pain for about 10 years. Dr Macdonald and his staff are helping me heal. I’m really grateful for their skill and care. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are experiencing chronic pain as well.

This is a great all-in-one clinic. You can get therapeutic massages, acupuncture, chiropractic, or occupational therapy here. I've done everything but chiropractic here. The front desk staff is great at looking up your insurance and what it'll cover, your co-pays so you're well prepared. Also, the scheduling people are awesome to schedule your appointments far out in advance. If you are serious about your health, and healing yourself, this is a good place to go. All the practitioners that I've seen are excellent, and if someone doesn't resonate with you, there will be somebody else in the clinic that you can try until you find somebody whom you feel comfortable with. Well Balanced has an amazing team that has been helping me treat my body aches, pains, and inefficiencies through multiple approaches. Dr. Mac is a great chiropractor that also offers customized orthotic insoles, Sam has helped relieve my muscle and body tension through his excellent massage therapy techniques and maintenance suggestions, Helen has continued to help tackle the troubled spots that need extra attention through her acupuncture practices, and everyone of the crew I've interacted with are all super nice and helpful (Laura, Matilda, and Kane)!!
