Been going here for years! My hubby and I both love the staff and the Dr.s! They are kind, warm, and helpful! We always walk away from our appointments knowing our teeth are in good hands! Highly recommend to anyone of any age, we won't ever go anywhere else!

They feel classy yet approachable. They explain all payments before hand. Typically send a letter weeks before the appt to let you know what the break down will be. They work with insurance for you. For those without insurance they offer lower costs and better care than any of the offices in the lane county area I have I have worked with. They don't make you feel bad, they are cautious about anxiety related dental concerns and are just overall so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Susie is the best and I can't imagine seeing anyone else now.

I saw another dentist who told me some of my teeth would need to come out. This didn't sound right, so I got a second opinion from Dr. Susie Watkins. After a few appointments and several fillings, my teeth are all fixed. Dr. Susie took the time to explain what needed to be done, then did what whatever was needed to fix my teeth. Dental staff and office staff have all been great. I highly recommend them.

I had the best dental experience at PNW Dental this week. They have a wonderful device that serves as a bite block and suctions and keeps your tongue out of the way! The bite block is heaven and I came away without an aching jaw. The filling that i had replaced went smoothly and I haven’t had such a pleasant experience at a dental appt in a long time. And the best part is that they accept my Medicare Advantage plan! Its not easy to find a dentist that accepts Medicare coverage and this practice and its staff are first rate 😊

I have been coming to this office for eight years now and have never experienced a better dental office. The staff are great, the dentists are skilled, and literally the most gentle hygienist I have ever had (ask for Lauren😉). Early on I had to have some work done and Dr. Peterschmidt went above and beyond to get everything squared away. And the routine cleanings since then have been great. Highly recommend this place.
