Highly recommend Dr. SPIVAK and Welcome Pediatrics facility. We have been under the care of Dr. SPIVAK since my daughter was born, now she is 7 years old. Appointments are always on time, very professional and friendly team in the office and the most amazing thing is that the doctor is always available on the phone in case of emergency. Dr. Nelipovich is also great. Thank you very much Welcome Pediatrics and thank you very much Dr. SPIVAK!! We love you 🫶

Three days ago our son developed a high fever, so we went to see the doctor. She ran several tests: no Covid, no flu, and the rest she sent to an outside lab. The next day nobody called us. Only in the evening the office called and said, “If you want, you can come in, the doctor will listen to him and give an antibiotic. But we’re closing soon.” Obviously, we wouldn’t have made it in time anyway. My question is — why couldn’t she prescribe the antibiotic right away, knowing the child had a fever close to 38 C? Later that evening the fever went up to 39.8, so we went to urgent care, where they immediately gave us treatment and a diagnosis. Dr. Spivak has been with us from the very start of our parenting journey, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my children’s care. She has seen both of my kids since birth (7.5 years old and 2.5 years old) and has been a constant source of comfort, support, and guidance. What sets her apart is not just her medical expertise but her kindness and the way she truly listens. She always takes her time, answers every question with patience, and never makes us feel rushed. What I appreciate most is her ability to connect with children. She makes them feel comfortable and at ease during visits, which isn’t always easy with little ones. ZERO STAR!! I recently brought my son to Doctor’s Office for a physical, and my experience was highly disappointing. Despite arriving for the appointment, I was denied the physical for my child because they stated I had to change the doctor’s name on the insurance. When I asked if I could pay out-of-pocket, they refused. Furthermore, they had my children's medical records mixed up. They mistakenly recorded that my younger son was allergic to seafood, when in fact, it is my older child who has that allergy. Such inaccuracies are concerning and unacceptable. Additionally, they refused to provide me with my children's medical records. Later, they informed me that I would have to pay $0.75 per page for each child, which I find to be an unreasonable charge. The receptionists and nurses are the very sweetest ppl I have come across in the short 2 1/2 years of my son’s life. He didn’t go to this establishment in the beginning. But that Dr. Irina Nelipovich has by FAR the utmost worst bed side manners any Dr I have ever seen. I will no longer visit this location and I am so disappointed that I am going to make a call to the board because unfortunately todays incident was not the first but it will definitely be the last!
