Syd and Jessica did an amazing job at keeping me calm and reassured that I was doing okay during the blood draw. The lady at the front desk was also extremely pleasant. It was a very different experience than I've had other places. Will only be going here for blood draws from now on!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restroom I had to use for my urinalysis was very dirty. The mirror was dirty, the floor was filthy, and there were dead insects on the floor.

The ladies are all friendly and professional. I have all my blood work done here, and highly recommend the Edgewood office.

As a needle phobe, I am so grateful to have found the technician that can manage to get the needle into my scarred skin and draw multiple vials so smoothly I hardly notice she's made the changes!!! I now travel across Cedar Rapids just to have her do any draws ordered by my doctors!! She's worth it!! I feel so bad that I can't recall her name right now!!
