Ali is the best!!! She knows by feel what areas need to be worked extra and spends the time to get them loosened up. I use her services on a monthly basis and she has definitely helped with my chronic back pain. If you are needing a professional and highly skilled LMT then I can't recommend Ali and Iowa Massage Therapy enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed in the pain relief you will get.

Best massage ever! I’ve lived all over the US and have had so many massage therapists- none are as great as Ali! I’d fly back home just to see her for another massage. She’s great at deep tissue work and doesn’t mind spending the entire session working on problem areas.
