The pharmacy people are so rude and they like to blame the customers for their screw ups but mostly rude
Holly and her manager today(02/17/2025) at Weis, want to lecture me on how I need to be a responsible patient and call and check on my script meanwhile for 2 weeks told me they had submitted it and they'd call me back? Multiple calls to them asking if it's ready not once did they say maybe call your Dr ma'am? Then try to belittle me about being a responsible patient?? Complete negligence on their part and then to try to blame the patient is just about as disgraceful as you can get!! This whole dept needs a retraining in my humble opinion!! You don't berate and belittle a customer for YOUR ERROR!!!!
52 pills missing from 3 prescriptions. Do not trust this "pharmacy". They WOULD NOT fax over the remainder of my prescriptions to a reputable pharmacy in a timely manner.
CONSISTENTLY GOOD SERVICE WITH A CONGENIAL STAFF.
Went to this pharmacy to get my VA paid for flu shot only to find out they don’t accept the VA pay system for vets. After checking with the VA they said Weis is on the payment system but have not completed the VA requirements for payments. Went down the the street to CVS and got my shot with no issues. Just a message to my fellow veterans.
