Staff is rude every single time I have to talk to them whether it be on the phone or in person they are absolutely miserable. I’ve never once had a pleasant experience with any of the staff. Usually if you’re going in there you’re already not feeling good and they are always short and push off your concerns or make you feel like an idiot. And the attitude is ridiculous. I get jobs are hard but u sit behind a desk doing paperwork and answering phones. The least you could do is be polite about it. Or get a different job 🤷‍♀️

The wait was a bit of a drag, but everyone with whom I interacted was friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you Team qCare Moshannon Valley!

It was a very good experience. From the friendliness of the receptionist to the nurse and the CRNP it was a rewarding trip. I would recommend this QCare above all the others in the area. It doesn’t cost anything to be cheerful and kind.

I knew this place had bad reviews going in but I was desperate over the weekend to be seen and they were the closest. I didn’t go in with high expectations but was still let down. All staff I encountered were very uncaring and cold, save for one nurse who took my vitals and prepped me for the doctor. I hate that I forget her name but she was very kind and helpful, an older woman with very short hair. Besides that, it was like everyone there had something better to do and I was a nuisance—and I wasn’t the only one receiving that treatment, but the other patients they checked in after I got to the waiting room had similar encounters. If the office’s goal is to be quick, I guess they do that well, expect that it comes at the expense of the quality of care. The doctor did the bare minimum and

Sent my husband there to have an abscess lanced because it was bothering him and he couldn't get in to see his pcp. The provider was too lazy to do his job so instead looks at my husband and says he'll refer him to a general surgeon. I'm an er nurse and really wish i could have been there with him because my husband wanted to just goto the er I work at but I didn't want to clog up the er with something that isn't emergent. Thanks for nothing besides a copay!
