Poor customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 While attempting to use my rewards points, a staff member at the information counter behaved aggressively, staring sharply and requiring me to shout my phone number across the counter. After I placed my rewards ticket in my bag, she visibly expressed anger, snatched the ticket back to give to the clerk, and walked away. When I inquired about this behavior, the sales clerk informed me the staff member was having a stressful day. While I understand work can be difficult, directing personal stress toward customers is unacceptable! Now, Do i even want to see that hostile look in a grocery store?? Like its too much for you to do your Job??!! Maybe this young, stressed, staff member should be working at the back!!

Months ago, my doctor's office sent a prescription to this pharmacy by mistake. (I know that thisWeiss Pharmacy isn't able to fill the Mounjaro 10.0 prescription). I was expecting the prescription to be sent to a CVS pharmacy. The weiss pharmacy never called me to let me know that they received the prescription and can't fill it. It took me several days to figure out the mistake. The pharmacist at Weiss told me that they are too busy to make notifications such as this. As a result I have transferred all of my prescriptions to CVS and, I am extremely happy with CVS. The lack of customer service at the Weiss Pharmacy is very disappointing.

What a relief to have found a pharmacy where the staff is friendly and courteous and there is never a line. I transferred all prescriptions here from CVS .
