appointment was at 10:30. arived around 10:10. was not taken in until after 11:00 although waiting room was empty. I am tired of being treated like a number to serve someone's business. my time is valuable also.
Had issues with sign in tablet. Received no support from primary check in person. Another employee was gracious enough to stop what she was doing to assist me.
