Weis Pharmacy

If 0 stars was an option I’d give it. Spent 50 minutes calling and on hold just for them to pick up 10 minutes before they close after a customer service person had to physically walk back there and see why they can’t answer their phone and do their job. Now I won’t be able to pick up the medication I need today and will have to wait until tomorrow. Pharmacy absolutely sucks, I recommend going literally anywhere else. Also the Wei’s pharmacy app sucks and doesn’t work!

I dont understand how you can run a pharmacy that NEVER answers the phone. So after trying all morning I finally went in. The customer service was very rude. Ask a simple question and they get smart with you about it. Definitely need to find a different place to go.

I am not even sure why I deal with this pharmacy anymore they are rude and act like it is an inconvenience they have to wait on you.

If I could do zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They take all day to fill scripts, and they will make you wait for over an hour for your prescription in the afternoon that was sent in at 10am. Never go to this pharmacy. Avoid at all cost will save you time and money.

This is BY FAR THE WORST pharmacy in the Juniata or Mifflin co. Area. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they not only lost my prescription for almost a week, even though it was THIER FAULT for losing it, they refused to fill my medication once I replaced the prescription they lost in the first place, they will actively harm you and not care. They treat you like dirt and do nothing to o help, even my doctor said they have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as this pharmacy. If you care about your health and actually care about getting your medications filled avoid this pharmacy at all costs and go anywhere else you can. This pharmacy should lose its license, I am already filing a complaint with the state pharmacy board against them, please for your health and safety go elsewhere
