Always helpful and pleasant. I am so glad we moved from CVS to Weis. Much better prices, attitude, and service.

I have used many pharmacies which are horrible and the customer service is poor at best. Now I have allot of prescriptions every month and for years I was okay with other pharmacies but as time goes on and staff changes the service usually suffers . I will say this Weiss Markets Lititz has the best pharmacy in the county and I have tried many but they are always polite , if there is an issue with your prescription they will help you find it st other stores, they take the time to take care of you. I can’t afford to not have my medication filled every month on a timely basis and I have never been told we can’t help you or we don’t have it you’ll have to call around they always polite and helpful.

Less problems than other pharmacies like CV…something — (who were fine… when they had enough pharmacists—or..I mean even a pharmacist). The Weiss pharmacy is our new CVS. shhhh.

Weis Pharmacy in Lititz, PA, is absolutely outstanding! The team is incredibly helpful and caring. Their pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions without making you feel uncomfortable for asking. If there's ever an issue with your insurance, they go above and beyond to resolve it rather than just telling you to "call your insurance company." I also appreciate their efficient system—they send you a text when your prescription is ready, and I’ve never received a spam call or text from them. They’re always well-stocked, and in the rare instance they don’t have what you need, they’ll order it immediately or help you and your doctor find an alternative.
