Always pleasant and helpful.
I have had Weis as my pharmacy for exactly a month. I've used their call in prescription refill twice now and both times I've been given a time to pick up my medication and left my number both times in case of any discrepancy. Both times I didn't receive any call with a problem only to go to the Weis pharmacy to find out there was a problem, and my medication not being filled, but nobody called me to state this and when I asked the pharmacist, why no one is calling me back to let me know there is a problem. She totally ignored me and just looked away, very rude. Both times my medication is eventually filled but nobody is telling me if the "problem" is fixed. Very frustrating.
Thought using Weis as a pharmacy would be convenient as I'm a local college student who goes back and forth between here and home. Instead every time I fill an rx at this pharmacy it is wrong and when I ask to have it changed the employees act like it's such an inconvenience. Any time I call in and ask to speak to a pharmacist to fill the rx because I always have an issue, they act like that's a pain as well, then I get snipped at and hung up on.
