GIANT Pharmacy

The company installed a second register and a brand new system for the bagging of medications, plus a whole revamp of the store decor(it now just looks dark and gloomy). Yet I have yet to witness anyone utilizing the second register. I understand that since the closing of Rite Aid, the number of new pharmacy customers has increased. However, for all your customers who were here before, the people who are now left with no option feel that Giant's response does not align with the increase in cash flow to the pharmacy. I know your profit has increased, so demonstrate this growth by adding staff or increasing hours. When will the day come that these big businesses stop wasting money on changing all the colors of your signs or on robots that do nothing to make your store better for your custome

The pharmacy does a wonderful job with limited resources. If it wasn’t for the girls working the counter and Lindsay and Scott…. We wouldn’t go there! The face of a business is the people who run it. Weve been a pain in their backside multiple times, but they always try to take care of us. And, with a neighborboring pharmacy closing, they still push through with a smile on their face. Giant admin needs to recognize the assets they have working that dept.

Never had any issues with them. They did get slammed with so many more people due to Rite aid closing their store but they are doing a great job!

Denied my medication because they closed at 4:54p.m. They stood in the pharmacy line and specifically told me they were closed for the day. Gaint pharmacy is to close at 5p.m..

The pharmacist is very helpful and goes the extra mile for you. She is always so pleasant and friendly.
