I swear this place won’t fill a prescription until you’re there to pick it up. Whether it’s hours or days after it’s been called in. They make you wait 30 minutes for a simple prescription to be filled every single time. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I called twice about holding my prescriptions until they were all done. I was assured that this was possible. Of course, when I got there two were not done. Even though I was the only one there, when I went to pick them up, the pharmacist was complaining about me. Um I can hear her. I decided at that time I will never return. I found that very unprofessional.

Nice customer service and the pharmacists are highly qualified.

I was not very happy with the service by Kayla. My fiance was waiting for a prescription & each time we called to ask for an update she was extremely rude & unprofessional. We were never notified when the prescription was ready, we had to keep calling back. Her customer service skills on the phone & in person are not very favorable. Being kind is not hard, takes more energy to be rude. Do better Weis.
