From the first appointment to the first fitting, and any addition appointment that is needed, he takes all the time needed to explain the entire process, working with you, meeting all your needs. He is very compassionate, understanding the difficulties that accompany your journey to better hearing! He is very patient and listens to all your concerns, going above and beyond to make things just right. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Frank Baur is an excellent Audiologist. I had my hearing test and needed hearing aids, but wasn't ready. Dr. Baur encouraged me to take my time and make my decision when I was ready. No pressure at all. I decided to get them from Dr. Baur and it opened up a new world for me. I didn't know what I was missing. Dr. Baur is the BEST and I thank him for helping me to hear clearly.
