If your doctor sends a predated prescription in advance, the day he/she sends it (if it’s an important prescription) make sure you call immediately call the pharmacy and make sure they will have enough on the day it’s due to be filled. My doctor sent an extremely important prescription on Friday, to be filled on Tuesday, I called this morning to get it filled only for them to tell me I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon, because they have to order it. If they knew in advance that this prescription needed to be filled, why would they not order it? Now I have to go all day tomorrow until 2pm without any of my medication tomorrow. This will cause my symptoms to flair up badly. The woman on the phone couldn’t care less either. Not a single iota of empathy of compassion to be found.

Pharmacist has a spiteful attitude toward customers. Not customer service oriented. 50% success rate when a script is ready. It can take days. To slow. To many ignorant workers. To many inconsistencies. One star only because they are convenient to go to. Simply wait at least 24 hrs.

They have no professional courtesy in any way, shape , or form. There is an issue every time I use them. I call and ask if prescriptions are ready, I'm told yes just to drive there and be told no, I can't pick them up until the following day. I've had a script called in, went 2 days later and when I went to pick it up was told I would have to wait 30 min to pick up. 30 min turned into an hour and a half. Go elsewhere whenever possible. I would give them no stars of it were an option

It sucks because the pharmacist was great! THANK YOU FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL. I did not catch his name. I would like to rate 5 but the girl helping him today was rude & should not be working in customer service. I called before I went to see if I script would be ready for today and to check my other script because I never got the call if the script was ready. My one script was ready but as for the other the other script she kept repeating to me was it's just the pharmacist & her & couldn't grantee the script would be ready. So I went to explain I'm pregnant & Anemic that's all I was able to say before she cut me off and told me she was going to lunch when she gets back it will be done.
