We are new to the area and my husband needed an eye exam. The ladies up front are very welcoming and helpful, they explained the process. Once inside my husband said the technician and doctor were very informative, explained everything to him. He mentioned the equipment was very updated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience for first timers! Neither my son or I have ever been to an eye doctor before and we're glad we came here! The girls up at the front were very nice and made us feel welcome once we came in the door. The tech helana was amazing with my child and made sure to explain how to do the tests while keeping it entertaining so he didn’t loose focus. Dr. Mackerel was very informative and was able to explain things really good in a way that my son could understand.

For Precision Eye Group in Dingmans Ferry is a great place for all of your eye needs. I have visited regularly for the past few years and am always pleased when I leave. From contacts arriving in a reasonable timeframe to glass and all of my eye care questions, I know the doctor and her team will help. The staff are very friendly and kind and explain everything clearly. I am at ease each visit knowing what to expect and that I will leave feeling great about my experience too.

The receptionists are always pleasant and very helpful. I enjoy coming (as much as you can going to a doctor) The doctor is OUTSTANDING!!! She takes the time to explain everything until you understand what is going on and what you need to do in order to keep going in the right direction. I would give everyone their own 5 ✨️ rating.
