The service at Wegmans Pharmacy is consistently exceptional. They go above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, and wait times are virtually nonexistent. I recently transitioned my prescriptions from Walgreens and CVS, and the difference is remarkable. The staff is professional, kind, and incredibly efficient—switching was the best decision I’ve made for my healthcare needs.

Genuinely top-notch service from people who care! Every single time I have needed something from this pharmacy or have been in a pinch about whether or not my insurance will cover something, the folks at the Raleigh Wegmans Pharmacy are conscientious, helpful, warm and polite as they put in genuine, real effort to assist me. As someone who needs daily medication, I have never had as good an experience dealing with my prescriptions as I have at this pharmacy. They hire great folks who know what they're doing.

So far, so good. Prompt, very polite service. Transferring from those "corner" pharmacies was easy. Got my flu shot here, then had lunch, then did my shopping, which was super convenient. If you need to call and speak to someone, they actually answer the phone! I do wish they had a way to prepay online, but they are fairly new so I expect(hope) that will come in the future. But the polite, professional, quick service makes this place miles better than the pharmacies on the corner.
