Weems East in Carrabelle – An Absolute Joke What kind of so-called “medical facility” can’t even do basic blood work? I showed up needing labs done, only to be told they don’t have a provider. Are you kidding me? How do you operate a clinic without a licensed professional on site? This place is a complete waste of time and space. People come here expecting care, and all they get is excuses and empty hallways. It’s 2025, not the Wild West — having a functioning provider should be the bare minimum, not some luxury. If you're sick or need actual help, don’t bother with Weems East. Drive somewhere — anywhere — else that’s actually equipped to do what they advertise. Absolutely embarrassing for a community that deserves better. Total failure.

They advertise that they are open on Saturdays from 8-12 so we drove 45 minutes and when we got there the doors were locked and no one was around. Sign in the window says they should be open. This was on 11/18/23, not a holiday to my knowledge. No information when you call.

I am a new patient and they had to reschedule my appointment to the following week. When I got there Briana said I wasn't in the system and they were having some sort of problem. I got upset due to talking to Briana who scheduled both and said see you on the 20th. It really bothered me that she didn't own up to making a mistake. Lying to patients is not good.

While in vacation my 3 year old got a fever and was not himself. We were staying in a rental house outside of Carabelle and searched for walk in clinics. The staff at Weems East were all great. The receptionist quickly entered my son's info and got him in their system. The nurse gathered his background info and understood my concerns his history. The FNP was efficient and great with my son. All.could tell he didn't feel great and did their best to get us taken care of and back on vacation. Thanks ladies!

They never answer the phone and when you do see them, and get sent for X-rays, they never call you with the results. Frustrated!!!
