I had the worst experience with two customer service reps today and one of them was allegedly a higher up. My packaged was lost/damaged and it has not arrived. This has NOTHING to do with the current weather the northeast is experiencing as my prescription was shown sitting at the distribution center an hour and a half from my house for over 2 days with no update from USPS. I spoke with USPS two days in a row before I contacted wedgewood to let them know and they were extremely rude. The woman i spoke too had an attitude from the start. I didn't feel like being bitched at so I took her up in her offer to send me to someone else and then the man I spoke to kept talking down to me, telling me not to talk over him, I was just trying to explain that my shipping issue was not a weather rela
My cat was very sick and needed medication. I received an email after they got the prescription from my veterinarian. I responded immediately paid for the medication and paid their highest one day shipping rate on Thursday so that I could get her that needed medication as quickly as possible. I called them every day and was put off saying it was normal that I would receive the medication on Monday because of the weekend. On Monday, I received one of the two prescriptions. They told me oh I only got one because of a weather delay. There was no weather that was just a standard excuse. How could there be and no problem with the one that came. When I contacted them again Tuesday, they told me that it should be delivered sometime that afternoon. And then Juan, who thought he was being generous
You will notice that NONE of the most recent reviews are positive. If Wedgewood offered a good service at some point, that time is obviously over. They don't work over weekends, and medications take many days to compound, no matter how much you pay for rush orders. You could be waiting a week or more for rush orders. For reference, there are plenty of compounding pharmacies in the tri-state area that can compound same day, including over weekends. Even despite their quoted processing time, the life-saving medication we ordered was late. AND they only delivered half of the medication I ordered. My vet confirmed that the prescribed quantity did not change, so as I understand Wedgewood changing the prescription without approval would be illegal. When I called them, they refused to issue a re
I'm very disappointed in this company which I just used for the first time. I ordered a medication for my cat, and when ordering it was $10 shipping for delivery in 3-5 business days. Since this sounded reasonable, I did not pay for an expedited delivery. The medication finally arrived after 11 business days (15 total days). I emailed the company, and they just kept repeating "standard delivery could be 6-7 days." First of all, it wasn't, second of all it said 3-5 days when I ordered. They then said I should have paid for expedited delivery if I wanted it sooner. I would have been okay even with 6-7 days! Not 11 shipping days! More than 2 weeks is a long time to wait for an important pet medication, and $10 is ridiculous to pay for that long of a delivery time. I requested my delivery fee
I will not use Wedgewood again. My husband and I have several medications we order for our two older dogs. The dogs need their medications for multiple chronic conditions. On multiple orders now, we have ordered well in advance and even paid high rush shipping fees because regular shipping takes so long. Even paying for rush shipping doesn’t seem to get them here any faster. The last order took two weeks to arrive even after paying for expedited service when ordering (i think it was supposed to take 2-3 business days). After a week with still no tracking info, we called.
