Summary: not great hours, miserable receptionist, and the ever rotating staff seems overwhelmed and missed my diagnosis even when I tried to advocate for myself. I have been bringing my family here for 13 years. Lately they cannot seem to get out of their own way. The receptionist Wanda ignores phone calls on Fridays (which is only a 1/2 day anyways) to the point where I have to drive there to talk to someone and she was miserable every time I called to try to talk to anyone. They are not open weekends either. I give them 2 stars because, I really did like the PA, but she missed my diagnosis. I went in with knee pain. She did not order imaging but told me to rest it and check back if it still bothers me. I checked back 2 weeks later and was told to keep resting it by the nurse.

Dr Seretis and staff are professional caring people who try to put you at ease no matter what they have to do. This is the best doctor's office I have been to. Thank you very much. I do so appreciate the personal care.

I have always been treated with dignity and complete care at this practice. From billing conflicts that were caused by my insurance company alone to getting a tough diagnosis, they have all been there for me in caring and compassionate ways. Recently, I had to get a tough diagnosis and Abby, PA, walked me through understanding the diagnosis with care and compassion. She kept the conversation positive and uplifting, giving me hope that my situation will get better. She has a sweet sense of humor, too, when letting me know that my A1C went up, which is not favorable. She helped give me new strategies for a better, healthier lifestyle. I left my recent appointment with Abby feeling like I have a great family that cares for me. Thank you ABBY, ALL the ladies in the front office AND the Labcorp

Switching to this office was great, due to my Dr. Abigail Ware. She really listens and will address all concerns However, the office its self is fine, but if you have migraines or daily headaches, sitting in that waiting room is too long and painful. For some reason the music is just so loud.

Seretis care has been great to me and my family on many occasions. I recently had a minor procedure with Dr.Seretis to remove a keloid growth and it is healing up nicely! Now I don’t have to hide my ear!
