I have been using this pharmacy for over 1 year. I love the products. My patients have great results. Problems happen. There is no perfect process. When issues arise (infrequently), the staff is polite, professional and responsive with resolution. I look forward to partnering with We Care in 2026 to continue to provide for my patients. There was a bit of a blip when they were transitioning to a new system, which is common, but the new system seems to be working quickly and effectively. I am generally able to reach somebody on the phone immediately If I have a question and if not they have called me back within an hour or two.

Lately, the service has been the worst. As a clinical pharmacist myself, I understand customer service and the impact it can have on a business. Poorly, managed transitions and lack of staffing can leave to a list of very unhappy patients. These days WeCare is not striving to the goals set by it customers. This is so unfortunate and very disappointing. I hope the company pulls together before its patient base pulls out. It seems my provider should know of the poor service this company is providing, due to the impact it may have on their business as well.

I used to have a great experience with this pharmacy, but this past week has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to order my prescription for over a week. I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday who said it would ship and arrive by Thursday, but then got a voicemail Wednesday asking for more info—even though I had already updated my card. Since Wednesday, I’ve called back over 10 times a day and haven’t heard back from anyone. When I finally got through today, the call dropped after they asked for my name, and no one called me back. The online portal they gave me doesn’t work either. The lack of communication and follow-up is disgraceful. You can’t run a pharmacy like this when people rely on their medication.

A must for your organic, all natural products! Medicine, holistic and natural for humans and pets! A full line of natural skin care to include lotions! I found this place through my vet ants am so glad! Sydney and Swan are rock star with their customer service. Knowledgeable AMD just plain nice. I'll be back with daughter in tow.
