Amazing physical therapy office! Julie and her staff are very knowledgeable warm, caring and compassionate. I first started going to to her office about 1.5 years ago because I thought I had a partial rotator cuff tear. And about a year in, I finally got an MRI showing I did have a partial rotator cuff tear but I wasn't sure about getting the surgery. But I am a wedding cake artist so lifting heavy wedding cakes was actually making my tear worse over the past year. Julie is amazing and recommended a great orthopedic surgeon for me at Ortho Virginia named Dr. Peltier. And I saw him and he is very nice and more conservative on recommending surgery but ultimately I decided to get the surgery. But I continued with PT up until my surgery which I think made a huge difference on a more swift

I pinched a nerve in my neck/shoulder which resulted in not being able to raise my left arm past 45*. After about 2 months of therapy I am able to completely raise my arm!! I am not 100% yet, but given the progress in such a short time, I am sure that goal is not far away. Julie and her staff are all very professional, caring, and compassionate about your healing. They are always trying new exercises or stretches in an effort to get you to your goal, and are excited for every improvement, no matter how small. I wished I found them sooner!

He only place to go!! If you live far, they are worth every mile you drive! Wish I had them 20 years ago when I had a Terrible experience with a local PT. Julie and her staff are the only ones to go to! They do amazing work!
