Webster Groves delivered tremendous service and Fast! Talking to Steve the pharmacist on the phone was so comforting as I was searching for a solution to get a compound made literally the next day! He spoke with my Doctor and they agreed on the perfect formula. If you are getting a skin rx compound, tell your Doctor to send here! Big pharmacies won’t give you service like Steve will.

Webster Pharmacy has been great since I switched my prescriptions to them. I value owner Steve Zelenski’s knowledge with the natural products he carries. I can get my supplements here too and use my HSA card. With Wallgreens I used to be on hold for any questions and now I can call Webster Pharmacy and someone picks up the phone.

closed on july 5th not even a holiday. people have medications they need refilled. webster pharmacy is usually really good but these closing hours on non holidays is annoying

I recently transferred our family’s prescriptions from CVS to this pharmacy. Today was my first time in and the owner was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, they have clean brands like Pure and Garden of Life which I truly appreciate in light of all the research on gut health. Excited to use this pharmacy for all of our future needs.

Until I found Webster Pharmacy, I was used to the “big” pharmacies. The contrast is amazing. Owner and pharmacist, Steve Zielinski and his staff are extremely knowledgeable (of course) but they know their customers by name, are unfailingly pleasant, actually answer the phone or return calls quickly (vs being sent in circles on the “big guys” needlessly overly complicated phone systems). Super convenient location in Old Orchard on Lockwood means I usually pull right up front. Or they can bring it curbside or best of all, you may fit their free home delivery range (as I do and sometimes use). My scrip copays are actually less than I had been paying. I really, really appreciate the personal and always prompt attention and prefer to support the local, independent businesses as much as I can. R
