Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us. Max was excited to be seen by the staff of Old Webster Animal Hospital. I was delighted to hear they were seeing new patients and Max could get in the very next week. This Hospital does practice social distancing so everyone's health was protected. Special thanks to the vet that came out to talk to us personally about Max's visit and address any concerns we had.

We have been going there for years. Dr. Davies is a caring and knowledgeable vet. We love the techs. They make our dog, who has anxiety, feel more calm. We know Heidi is in good hands.

This is the best Vets office we've ever been to. We have a 1 year old German Shepherd, who had some digestive issues, and the team at Old Webster handled everything perfectly with treatments and diet changes for her. Now she is a happy pup with zero tummy issues. We come here for everything, check ups, shots, etc, and everytime is a pleasant and professional experience. We trust them with our little 4 legged family member, I highly recommend Old Webster Animal Hospital.
