Great staff. Both pharmacist are very professional women and always willing to help us the patient. Owner very nice and he always willing to accommodate and make sure patients are satisfied and happy.i recommended this place

This store is not trust worthy. They are very greedy and unprofessional. As they are greedy, Webster Drug can sell expired and badly processed drug that are bad for health. To them money and profit is everything. So Please be careful when enter into this store, while sharing your personal information (They might compromise it with third party) and looking for to take any support from their end.

This should be zero stars. The pharmacy locked its doors before closing time, refusing to let a group of us pick up our medicine, even though they knew we needed it urgently. Shockingly, they shut the gate on an older man who pleaded for his medication. The pharmacist bluntly stated they were closed and walked away, leaving us without any assistance. This lack of empathy and disregard for our urgent needs was truly disappointing.

This place is my go to!!!! The pharmacist is incredibly nice! Dealing with customer service in the Bronx is always a challenge. But not at this place. I love this guy!!!!! Thank you for taking care of me! For years now.

My family and I had been a Webster Pharmacy customer for more than 20 years and I can say that their service is simply outstanding and the people behind the counter are extremely corteus and caring. I will give them five stars and an A++++.
