I was very impressed with my visit today. Dental Hygienist was very warm and welcoming, she was very thorough with cleaning and very informative. The Doctor Ludmila was so knowledgeable, quickly identified issues and created care plan for me explaining every step of the way, she is also was very warm and caring. I finally found my dentistry. Highly recommend this practice.

Ludmila does job quickly but it takes too long to wait for her. I always have been on time for my appointment and had have to wait 45 min plus, I was in there just sitting and she was talking to another woman for 45 min in another room. Not to mention I have had complications on my teeth twice. Second time I’ve got infection (stomatitis), I even don’t remember seeing her washing her hands before fixing my teeth. Every time I ask her about post care she can’t tell me what exactly I need to do, and she didn’t answer what I asked for. I am not sure I wanna come back there.

Dr. Onyski and her entire staff are friendly and professional. Office is very clean and well put together. They listen to your concerns and address them properly. I will continue to be a patient at Wayside Family Dental for many years to come!

Recently, I visited this dental clinic and, unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The first thing that upset me was the long wait for an appointment. I arrived on time, but waited almost an hour to be seen. Moreover, the dentist did not pay enough attention to my problems, hurriedly conducted the examination, and prescribed treatment without even explaining the details of the process. Such an attitude towards patients is unacceptable! I expected a more attentive and professional approach, especially when it concerns dental health. In conclusion, I do not recommend this clinic, as the quality of service here, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired.
