They are very professional, and very knowledgeable about my specific therapy. I had an excellent experience throughout my treatment. Jennifer was very supportive, patient and friendly. She followed up on every routine assigned and truly engaged on my progress. It was a relaxed and very clean environment. I am very glad I was referred here.

All around great experience! I am a competitive athlete with chronic neck and back pain. The team at ability rehab provided expert advice and recovery exercises to help guide me along the path to recovery.

Went here for a few weeks post herniated disk surgery and got 3 rounds of periformus release. Today is 2 months later and have a giant painful to the touch lump right in that spot from that elbow in the muscle pressure. I called and left a message for Jack but no one called me back. I'm scared its a tear or cyst or something worse. My surgeon said I don't know what is going on so I'm going to see my GP. Yea, its clean etc etc.

I 'm not really a person that makes lots of reviews, but this is one of those reviews that I feel someone may benefit from. I came to Ability Rehab because I was dealing with significant knee pain and wanted to do everything possible to avoid surgery. Since it is a true rehabilitation facility located next to the Sanford Hospital and the same place many doctors send their patients. I felt confident starting there. From the beginning, Jack, the Director of the Sanford location, performed a thorough evaluation and created a personalized therapy plan. I also enrolled in their wellness program, which is very affordable and allowed me to continue strengthening Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and closed for lunch.
