Wayne Memorial Hospital

I been having to come visit the ER for the past week about 3 times now. The wait time can be long (understandably so considering everything occurring in this economy and lack of staffing) I’ve always had pleasant experiences with their medical staff. They work hard to take care of many patients who don’t have the same respect & patience for them. I gave birth here as well back in 2021. I respect and love the medical field and their hard work ❤️ thank you for always helping me

My doctor was Dr Filmore not that I would actually know that considering he never once introduced himself. Brooke my RN again wouldn’t actually know that because never introduced themselves and Nicole her nurse orient. To start Dr Filmore and the two others mentioned came in left the door wide open didn’t introduce themselves at all started as my husband put it “integrating” me with why where and how’s of what I was there for. When I was sent from another hospital to here. I was having an ultrasound done and Brooke and Nicole left the door wide while I was getting my ultrasound done in my underwear. I confronted the nurses about it and all they said was “sorry you feel like that”. It wasn’t a feeling it was a I saw what you did. My husband saw what you did. Yet you can’t take accountabilit

someone i know had the worse experience ever. staff treated him and his lady horrible & lectured her on how a period works. she had several positive pregnancy test and passed something abnormal so they show up to hospital, were told they don’t got professionals to do the job they needed to do, they basically were treated like a joke and were told to leave. never use this hospital they are a JOKE and unprofessional!

This hospital is insane. I went into the hospital with injuries sustained from working a construction job. I entered the building at 6:54 pm. I went to triage after about a 20 minute wait. I then got sat in room 3 and stayed there for 5 hours. No nurse checked on me, no doctor came to see me, nothing. Silence for 5 hours straight. There were also MULTIPLE prisoners from the nearby prison that I assume got into a fight or riot. The nurses were taking them in and checking them instantly. Joking with them, asking their stories, handcuffs infront of their person. I left the room after 4 more prisoners were let in and tended to immediately. I walked straight out of the hospital and don't even know if they had a clue I left or not. Horrible service, horrible patient management and surveillance

Lets be clear, the only thing that is 4 minutes is getting into triage. After triage is anyone's guess how long it will take to be seen. Apparently if you tell them you're chest hurts you'll be seen, funny thing is triage should have assessed your vitals and understood whether you were suffering from a heart issue. I walked into the E.R. at 2:24 and remained in the waiting room for 5 hours. On those 5 hours I addressed the admin 2 times asking if they had just plan forgotten about me. I explained that I had been told to go to the E.R. by the primary physician. I knew that shift change was going to be an issue and tried to get seen, but again I was simply told, "I'll tell them what you've told me". Shift change came and went and yet nothing.
