Peachtree Immediate Care - Jesup

Leaving one star not based on the facility because the dr and nurses have always been amazing to me, but yesterday I had a 4:30 appt. After sitting 45 minutes with no insurance verification (they were VERY busy) i decided on my own to cancel the appointment I went to service desk asked nicely to cancel my appointment, as I was walking out the desk lady sighed as loud as she could and boldly yelled “people with attitudes because we are busy “ not once did i have an attitude with this lady. They need better secretaries

It was pretty fast seeing the PA once I got checked in. The PA reiterated what I already knew and gave me a good care plan for my pain and cramp. The person who checked me in was very sweet and attentive. She assisted me when I needed it. The lady who took my vitals and assigned me to a room was very nice.

Young lady at the front desk was wonderful!! The Dr… Great!!! The last that took me back and done my vitals was very rude. She most def could use some tips from the one at front desk!!!

My experience was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were professional and made it easy for me to get the help I needed.

Each time I visit this facility, I'm greeted by kindness and understanding staff.Have never had to wait for a long period of time. And the Doctors I can't find the word's to express my Appreciation for them. So I'm just going to say GREAT!!!!!!
