Rodriguez-Aiello at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA — and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From pre-op consult to discharge, Dr. Rodriguez-Aiello and her team were professional, compassionate, and clearly highly skilled. The robotic approach felt modern and precise; my incisions were small and the recovery was incredibly smooth. Post-operative pain was essentially nil — I stopped taking Advil after just two days and felt comfortable resuming light activities very quickly. I have lived in this area my entire life, I birthed 3 babies here at Wayne Memorial, have brought them in to Wayne Memorial as children and older teens who played sports. Going as far as emergency surgery to save my fathers life. I cant say we frequent here. But have been here enough I assure you. Every time (including now from an er bed) I have been treated so kindly, with compassion and understanding. The care that myself and my family has received here has been nothing short of amazing every time. The extra mile that every staff member seems to care about truly makes you feel that your in safe hands, especially at your weakest.

Visit today radiology. All were nice and professional. Emergency room I've been in 3 times. Alot to be desired. They don't treat you they knock you out so they can bill you for the day. Very uncaring.

They lost my 24 hour urine test! I handed it in, registered with the desk to get the papers and labels and it magically grew legs and walked out. Now I have to redo the test hoping my insurance will cover it again. Not to mention the last time I was there for surgery in April the nurse tried to take my blood, im a hard stick. Got called somewhere else left the needle on the tray next to me and blood dripping down my hand and all over my clothes and bed. So angry right now. I also went in for shoulder pain a couple years ago. They saw the medical card on my file. Was in there for 20 min. The PA told me to go home smoke some weed and ill be fine. Only to find out I had a severely strained rotator cuff and needed PT and injections after. Wasn't surgery ready but ortho said it was close call.

This was a very unknown place to me, I am from NY and due to an emergency we ended up in this Hospital. It is small, but mighty good, People are very nice, it has easy access and available parking, but if they can't treat the person because I learn hospitals go by levels. They will send you or transfer you somewhere else. For someone from far from this hospital, I can only say good things, I don't have photos because I was rushed.
