Wayne Drugs

I've always used Kinney's and over the last 5 years and chronic disease/conditions I am on quite a lot of medications. My memory is shot and I often would forget to call for refills. I begged they do them automatically, nope. Begged for delivery, nope. My Dr. Recommended Wayne's and when I moved to Oswego I immediately changed. They handle EVERYTHING, are so kind and patient and offer delivery as well. I would recommend them a trillion times over any other pharmacy.

I am surprised to see the slew of negative reviews and comments. I can only attest to my experience, which was exemplary. My mother suffering a heart attack and open heart surgery needed after care prescription filled for 3M Bandages. The lead male older gentleman pharmacist took 10-15 mins helping me find, opening a new box when individuals weren't on display. Noting prices and showing me how to apply them for best use for the large OHS scar. Extremely courtesy. professional and loving. My second exemplary experience was for her walker, which was to be delivered for obvious reasons. They dispatched it swiftly and handled the insurance with 0 copay. The quality of the walker was very good. They showed how to use it as well and left us all feeling proud of living in an All American Town w

They are 3 blocks from me. I am a senior citizen with a broken ankle, so I called for a RX delivery, 1st time. 2 days later, no pills. No delivery. Had to go in. Called for hours both days they don't even answer the phone. I complained to pharmacist. He said we're busy. Duh!! Well they won't be doing business like this.

ive been with them for years i think their awsome!! and sometimes it does take awhile becuz they dont have enuff ppl to work!! as with evryone else noone wants to work!! other than that they r great
