Emily was very kind, accommodating, and above and beyond when I needed to pick up my prescription after closing early.

Follow up: after writing this review the same supervisor reached back out to me and said that they’ve never had any issues with my family at their pharmacy and would be willing to give me the refill that I need to make it right. He was very kind and understanding. He did make it right, I just wish it didn’t have to come down to writing a review to get there. Beware of missing medication and over charging!!! I’ve gone to this pharmacy for over 20 years without any major issues. Now in the last two months I have had to go without daily medications twice because they said I picked it up. They are also telling me that I e picked up different medications but weren’t charged for them at the time of pick up and are told that I must pay for them. I rarely take the time to write reviews for local businesses but felt the need to for Wayland Village Drugs based on my pleasant experience with them in the past year. Their knowledge, friendliest and efficiency in filling prescriptions has made my visits hassle-free. I highly recommend Wayland Village Drugs for a stress-free pharmacy experience.

We have a family of five that all need prescriptions filled. Wayland Village does a great job at making sure our prescriptions are available when we need them. They are always helpful and friendly!

Over the last several months, I’ve seen a huge decline and service at this place constantly owing me medicine and not telling me about it, making me have to figure it out on my own! My household has three people that use this pharmacy and spend roughly $4000 between insurance and out of pocket there a month! Going to move everything to plainwell Meijer not worth the hassle of getting bad service, especially with that kind of money going into the store!
