My visit yesterday was truly exceptional. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The team kept me well informed throughout my treatment, clearly explaining each step and any out-of-pocket costs along the way, which I greatly appreciated. Mandy, my dental hygienist, was outstanding. She was attentive to my comfort, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job explaining my progress during the cleaning. Dr. Shaffer was equally impressive—extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. She provided thoughtful feedback and clear, practical recommendations for future care. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would absolutely rate my visit a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Wausha Dental Associates.

I have been a regular for many years. I have always been treated very well. It had been a while since I was in since I retired. I have to say I missed them! My new hygienist was fantastic & my exam was good. I left feeling very confident! Look forward to my return visit!

I have been going to Waushara Dental for years. What a beautiful dental office and clean. I always get in at my scheduled time. I have always had an extremely pleasant experience. The one time I had an emergency, I was able to get in on the same day ,too. Both Jenny and Dr. Bennett are the best!!! I also have to give props to there staff, very professional yet non judgemental and friendly to everyone.
