I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the environment feels comfortable and positive. It’s a place where you can just focus on your workout without feeling intimidated. Definitely recommend!

My experience with grizzly has been wonderful. I'm starting my fourth week. I've had great support and I've received a lot of enthusiasm from the staff before starting this class. I wasn't able to get up off the floor without support. Now I'm able to get up off the floor without using anything. And I feel fantastic about myself. The great people okay

I would avoid signing up here if you actually want to use the gym you paid for. I signed up online on a Saturday and went to pick up my fob during the 'staffed hours' listed on their website. I spent 15 minutes calling and ringing the doorbell in the cold with zero response. Later, I found out they had actually made my fob and left it inside the gym while I was standing right there—they just couldn't be bothered to open the door or answer the phone. I tried again on Sunday, waited for 30+ minutes, and rang the doorbell repeatedly. Again, nothing. Management might try to claim this was due to 'holiday hours,' but that is a poor excuse considering staff were physically inside processing my paperwork while ignoring the doorbell and phone calls.
