This place was like a God Send unbelievable. The young ladies at the front desk made our dog feel like family. Held our dog and made him unbelievably calm which has never happened before. He was not afraid at all. Unreal, it was! Then when we met Doctor he was like an angel fell from the sky. We have never had our pet treated like a human being in a dog vet office before. He did all but blood pressure cup to him that a reg doctor does to a person in the office. Check the ears , the heart , made sure no lumps were present . Sold us !!! We have found a true Vet Office . Even drew a vile of blood out of his paw , dog never flinched. We have never experienced this before, our pet was always a shaking scared moving little man. Thank you Dr.Schwartz and Asst.

We came to Dr Schwartz for a second opinion for our golden retriever. He performed surgery to remove the tumor from our dogs mouth along with partial jaw removal. This was a complex surgery and we are so grateful for the support and compassion we got from Watson road & Hampton road staff. The costs for this surgery was also half the cost of the previous vet option! Highly recommend Dr. Schwartz!

The absolutely Best vet clinic I have ever taken my animals to. They are very sweet, loving and compassionate towards your animals and they will do anything they can to help you take care of your animal. I was very blessed for them to be able to save my animal's life and I continue to take my animals there because of that. It's just an amazing that office and the doctors that are there and the nurses couldn't be any better. I would definitely recommend to anybody try this vet. You will not be disappointed I wasn't.

Not the same place. Had to go to Webster Groves Animal hospital for my cat to be diagnosed and properly cared for after Watson Road missed the diagnosis. A simple one. Watson has become generic. Wait time is too long and they have NO loyalty to the patients who have been there through Vet changes, ownership and whatever. One fricking missed appointment, called them and apologized with a reason, they will not make an appointment without a credit card on file. Well how about you guarantee the first visit you will find the cause and treat it instead of me going elsewhere. Cats associate pain with litter box being the problem. If you took the time and thoroughly examined him you would have noticed bites were irritating him causing discomfort. I will keep my pets at Webster Groves. Thank you.

This location does not let you bring your pets in on a retractable leash. They have the slip leashes in the front for customers to use instead. The staff were very friendly, but there was quite long wait to get into an exam room. Maybe ten to fifteen minutes? Once we were back, everything went very smoothly, the vet was informative and made sure to answer all of our questions. Visit was for a heartwarm test and annual vaccinations due. Plus, 14 a baby busted an entire back nail off. Is the vet clips the rest of the busted nail bed off. He said to leave it alone, and it'll grow back ( although it might look a little ugly). It's been two weeks since that visit and he seems to be walking around with no pain and he's not been messing with it! We were also able to get a full year of all the med
