The experience has been great. Dr. Watson has been really attentive and the staff has been really accommodating to all our needs. Getting braces for the kids has been a seamless process with proper guidance at each step.

My orthodontist is truly amazing because they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. They always explain each step clearly so I understand what’s happening, and they treat me with kindness and patience. The office is welcoming, and the staff is friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. I can already see great improvements in my smile, and it’s all thanks to their skill and care. I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands with such a professional and supportive orthodontist.

Dr. Watson’s primary goal is to up-sale and fear monger you into services you don’t need. The permanent retainer he put in for my daughter broke in 2 days. Instead of making it right by fixing it at no cost, he blamed everyone and everything but himself. He wanted to charge for cement removal and repair for a “permanent” job he did two days earlier. We went to a different orthodontist and they fixed his mistake at a fraction of the cost. He’s crooked and gives the industry a bad name. All of these positive reviews you see are from him incentivizing patients with freebies to give a positive review. Don’t fall for it.

My daughter is a patient of Dr Watson. Not only is the doctor wonderful, but the front office staff is friendly, professional and very attentive. I’ve called a few times to reschedule, cancel or even ask a simple question and my concerns have been address right away. Would recommend family and friends here! And they’re easy on the wallet too!
