Waterview Family Dentistry - Liverpool

This was my first time at this dental office and my experience was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Elsafty was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really explained my issues and plan for going forward with my dental care. I would recommend this practice with an A++++

I love this office. I’ve always had bad experiences at the dentist and absolutely cannot say that for this one! Everyone is so kind and patient, everything is explained before and during procedures. They really care about their patients comfort. I would recommend anyone become a patient here!

Dr. Alsafty is a kind and truly knowledgeable dentist. He was extremely helpful and made my experience very smooth and stress free. He left my teeth in outstanding shape. The rest of his team was also very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Patients beware. Was looking for a dentist made a general call receptionist asking about my insurance, I started asking general questions about the practice seeing how they just opened , general questions like what they did how long has the dr been doing dentistry, after a couple of times on hold the Dentist came on the phone asking why I was asking all these questions being very rude and said we don’t accept any new patients rite now, was blown away , I guess everything happens for a reason won’t be going there

The best Dentist I ever went to. He is so gentle and kind.
