Newly remodeled in 2026. Amazing staff that will address any concerns you have. Nursing and therapy is top notch! My grandma has lived here for years and we couldn’t have asked for a better facility to care for her.

My Aunt Jan has been going to outpatient therapy at this facility. My family has seen fantastic improvement in her walking just from the few weeks of therapy she has had. The staff throughout the whole facility are so welcoming, kind, and know how to do their jobs well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best care and services for their family member!!!

This place (rehab)is being remodeled and is quite spacious. There is no oder when you go inside. I always look for that. The majority of the staff are exceptionally nice and work well with the residents. Their weekend staff is short handed which is not good if the resident is very needy. The food is good and it is clean. I recommend. My MIL is the one who was the resident there.

I have been taking balance therapy at Waterton and it has helped me tremendously. Plus, I do exercises I would not do otherwise so it helps me all around. The staff is the best…kind, helpful and they make exercise fun. Give them a call.

Kirby was very professional and helped me work at my capacity. Bethany is helping me to get my voice back and lets me work at my own pace- which I appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.
