The girls, nurses, were very polite and friendly. Answered all questions. Extremely professional. Dr lockridge was as good as they come. I had a skin cancer on my finger and he saved my finger. Thank you so much to all involved. God is great. He sent me there

Receptionist and tech are very nice. Doctor seems to be in a hurry though. Of course, I'm not surprised that the doctor's diagnosis is wrong. I had to verify it with the recommended surgeon at another facility. That's what happens when they try to rush you to get to their weekend, a misdiagnosis. Probably won't use them again nor the franchise, lost my faith in them. It's better to use the time and money somewhere else.

Susan Hammerling-Hodgers was very pleasant,professional and knowledgeable. She and her assistant Star, answered all my questions and concerns. I also found the front desk staff to be friendly and efficient. The office is modern and well staffed, I was seen on time and I did not feel rushed. Overall, I had a great experience.

Called specifically asking for a pediactric appointment for my daughter, got her scheduled and confirmed insurance. Appointment was a few weeks out which worked fine for us, talked to multiple employees multiple times to confirm her insurance and appointment including talking to someone the morning of her appointment. Took off work early to take her to her appointment, after over a month of being on the schedule and talking to at least three representatives they call me 20 minutes before her appointment and cancel it, don't waste your time.

I have been a few times now and every time it’s been great. From the time I checked in to the time I leave everyone in the office is so nice and so professional. Dr Mowery is really professional and nice. The best part is that like some doctor’s office you have to wait forever, but not Water’s Edge, you’re in and out really fast! I highly recommend Water’s Edge and Dr Mowery!
