I have been very pleased with EarCare for years now because ,unlike other hearing cos. I have used in the past EarCare: always has time to keep my devices in good shape- sometimes even putting in a replacement part at no cost. They somehow find an appt time whenever I need it on short notice AND nothing beats Ms Bea’s knowledge and experience to anticipate what service I need & how to optimize my hearing benefits. Amanda as the on-site administrator has a very positive nature & is a good fit with their professional staff. If you are a demanding customer who has demanding standards like me, can’t beat EarCare.

This follow up appointment was on time and informative. My concerns were addressed by Conner and he assured me that I was doing cleaning properly. He changed the filters in each ear and showed me what to look for and how to change them if needed. I love these hearing aides and this location.

I had to get hearing aids repaired. They were able to repair while I waited. You have a great crew there.i am coming back for a tune up in a week

Inital consultation. Was impressed by knowledge of staff. Moderste to severe loss in one esr severe to profound loss in other. Aids reccomended are pricey but in line with other providers. (Not affiliated but related) Recommended financing is a joke. Credit score in mid 700's and they want 39.9% interest compounded monthly. Thanks but no thanks.

My 101 yr Mother did great! The staff were amazing with her & she was able to have the hearing aids adjusted perfectly.
