Andrew Greenberg is an amazing NP, very attentive to my needs and goes out of his way to help me. Jen. The nurse there is a wonderful lady who also treats me like family. The Girls up front at the front desk are the best in the world to me!! I love them all there They actually see me walk in the door and always say you’re all set Dominic lol haha. They are so super nice to me and they make my visit very comfortable for me. Thanks Guys for the care that you guys give me. I love you all so very much sincerely Dominic C

Avoid this facility. The front desk is not only rude but poor at their jobs. Medical records requests seem to just disappear, and expect secretaries to just hang up on you without the courtesy of any sort of "good bye". The doctor mistreated me for an incorrect diagnosis, and seemingly didn't truly listen or care. Really sad this small town doctor went so far downhill in the past 15 years.

Receptionist claims she’s the supervisor anytime you ask for one when she’s not. Dr. Kaplans nurse lied and said CVS pharmacy Cohoes was shorting my medication by giving me 27 pills instead of30. Called pharmacy and come to find out she changed the prescription to only 27pills. Then the nurse claimed it was all my insurance would pay for probably, called them so it’s another lie. Staff is the worse don’t recommend at all. So when she got called out on her lies all of a sudden they wanted me to leave the office. I’ve never made a complaint against health care goes to show how unprofessional they are and to lie to the patient is sickening.Not to mention the head nurse for my heart doctor had to complain a couple years ago because they played around with my heart meds as well. I showed up so sick. I couldn't make it anywhere else. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me. Getting me a room immediately so I could lay down and all the other kindness in between. I appreciate the staff and Andrew Greenberg so much for the help today.

I previously wrote a good review because I love Andrew and Maria who is no longer there. But a nurse named Melanie was rude and often bullied me via email. It caused me great stress and increased my anxiety. I finally complained and now it’s worst. I didn’t even know who she was until today when I arrived and she gave me attitude and refused to speak to me. Many times she made assumptions about me and refused to provide my concerns to the provider. Now I have to find a new provider because I feel so uncomfortable. I left in tears today with my anxiety through the roof. Shame on them for allowing this type of behavior. My husband will be making a formal complaint outside of the practice.
