I recently visited Mary for an hour body massage, I have had shoulder surgery, along with foot surgery,which in both instances trow off other parts of your body. After my massage, nothing hurt or was stiff. I seemed to walk better, had energy and slept wonderful that evening. Besides the wonderful massage, Mary is a delight, very personable and warm and caring. I will definitely go back sooner than later!

Mary has created a space that tells your mind to relax the second you enter it. Her professional and warm demeanor put me at ease. Sometimes I make an appointment to relax after a trying day and other times I schedule to find relief from neck and shoulder pain. Mary is adept at providing therapeutic massage to meet both of these needs. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and usually have a good laugh or learn something new after a massage with Mary!

Serenity now! Mary has a wonderful talent of dissolving stress & muscle soreness of the daily grind. She is very astute to what your goal of the massage may be. Mary's warm sincere personality makes you feel as if you have known her forever. I have used her services for muscle relief during marathon training, as well as for stress relief. With Mary's skill & mindful gift of massage you are given no choice other than to walk out feeling amazing!

I go around once a month to Mary for an hour long massage. She has helped my mobility AND stress levels tremendously! You won’t find a better massage therapist out there! She seriously tailors each massage experience for each client. I’ve also had reiki from Mary, and left feeling like a new person. You definitely won’t regret going to her!

I would (and have) recommended Mary to everyone I know! she offers such a variety of things and is amazing at everyone of them! I have gone for an hour massage and it was the most relaxing hour of my life! But also I had been having neck pain recently that is reoccurring since last October 2014. One day at work I was in an exceptional amount of pain so I called up Mary, she squeezed me in THAT DAY! My neck felt amazing after I left, and she even emailed me a video on good neck stretches and after keeping up with those and heat I am pain free weeks later! She is such a great person, and is so relaxing. I can't wait to go back!
