Waterbury Pulmonary Associates

We just left Waterbury Pulmonary Associates and it was an excellent experience! My Mother in Law is 86 yrs old and a recent widow who battles afib. She needed a breathing test today. From the Alexandra, the friendly and patient front desk staff member to Katrina, the amazing APRN who treated my nervous Mother in Law like an old friend, I was VERY PLEASED!

For many years I have considered Dr. Hill my hero. I went to the office for a routine check up and he discovered lung cancer and promptly made arrangements for me at the Lever Cancer facility. Fortunately the cancer was early stages and after a few rounds of radiation I was fine. That was second round of cancer. The first time it was throat cancer. I have certainly been blessed to have survived two rounds of cancer.

For persons with asthma, they offer really good options of treatment. They have a research program, too. The only thing that I don't like is the waiting; my time is valuable and sometimes is too much waiting time for an injection or doctors appointment. Other than that is good.

Love my doctor, however the young lady who is at the check in area is rude and abrupt. The other girls are more professional. Buckle up buttercup as you get older you will be in the time of your life if you don’t change your attitude.

The doctors in the office are wonderful! Never an issue with the doctors. The staff on the other hand don’t seem to know how to do their jobs correctly. Every time we have an appointment there is an issue. They schedule for one time, send out texts for times for appointments when you arrive your told the doctors are not in yet and you have to wait. You were scheduled for another time. When you can in and speak to staff they are extremely rude.
