Horrible delivery they are very unprofessional and dont call you and most of all the drivers dont care a bit and leave the medications outside without thinking someone could take the meds. So I got to the conclusion to change pharmacy because this pharmacy is the worse of all

The guy in charge of delivery drivers is the number one reason pharmacy is horrible at patients getting their prescriptions and the right ones 🤦🏻‍♂️sometimes other patients prescriptions mixed and stapled together no organization . Worried about smoking cigarettes rather than do actual work . Do not recommend this pharmacy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Who ever is delivering medicine on 9/8/25 is leaving their door open BLASTING music during their pick up. Extremely unprofessional and annoying for everyone in the neighborhood. It’s 10 am and I work from home. Have some decency!

It’s getting ridiculous whomever answers that phone attitude is uncalled for. You make mistakes, we call in to get them fixed because last time I checked THIS IS A PHARMACY dealing with SICK PEOPLE. Yet they get upset and talk to me nasty & have me on hold for over 10 minutes… I understand if I did something butWOW. & this isn’t the first or second time. It’s the day before nye you would think they would try to make sure I have my meds before the holidays guessing that they will be closed. NO. Still on hold as I make this message. UNPROFESSIONAL IM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER & TELLING THE BBB

I've been using this Pharmacy for over a year now, the Pharmacists are good. The front counter help leaves a lot to be desired. I have to call 24 hours before I need prescriptions filled to make sure the medication is in stock and if not ensure that they order it. This is so aggravating and frustrating. I will admit they have gotten much better over the last two months, I really hope they continue to improve.
