Watch City Pharmacy

Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!

Our company has been using Watch City as our primary pharmacy for over a year now, the staff is extremely responsive and always available to assist any way possible. The service is great, the entire staff is extremely efficient and they communicate very effectively. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a pharmacy to use.

Watch City Pharmacy is phenomenal! Exceptional customer care and service. On multiple occasions when my daughter was ill and in pain prescriptions were processed while I waited on our way home from the doctor. It’s amazing care and service. So grateful for Narik and his colleagues!

Watch City Pharmacy is everything the big companies claim to be. Top notch customer service, helpful staff, and so much more ability to cater to individual needs. Need something? Just ask and they'll give you a straight answer without up selling. The pharmacist is easy to reach via phone and very responsive. Their app is meh but honestly if that's the main downside, I'll take it.
