Few months ago, went to Washington U for back surgery. I live in KY. I had a couple questions about the surgery. They refused to call me back. I needed to know this information. The nurses told me the dr himself had to call me back. Because the dr had to call me back, my insurance co and I are now being billed $410 for a telehealth visit. A total of $410 to answer a simple question. TWICE. never heard of being charged to ask a question. Insurance company looking into it.

It'd huge sad can get lost if you don't know where your headed so I suggest arriving early. It's definitely like is own little city !!!

I had a very intense surgery to remove my stage 3 pancreatic cancer and the care was amazing. I wish it'd let me post a Pic of how great I'm doing.

Went to Endocrinology dept for my diabetes check up. Thought I'd take a few pictures from the 13th floor window.

I think the doctors, nurse practitioners, and the RNs at Washington University Hospital in St Louis are great and caring people! I just recently was there. When I arrived from three hours away. I showed up at th ER. There was people waiting to go back. I went straight to triage then straight back. They gave me wonderful care! My Drs/ Dr Blinder, Dr Santiago. Thanks for posting Jerry Little
